The shop's on hold, but I'm still here
For the moment, the Botanical Distilling shop is on hold. Life's pulled my attention elsewhere and I'd rather pause the store than let it run half looked after. This blog isn't going anywhere though. I'll keep using it to share the recipes, ratios and process notes I've been working through, the gin builds, the absinthe blends, the tincture and wash experiments, all of it. If you're the kind of person who likes knowing exactly what's in your glass and why, this is where I'll keep that going. If you were chasing one of the kits and I've left you hanging, get in touch.
